My bf and i have been together over 2 years, and i recently looked through his phone and found flirtatious msg to another girl and asking for pics.. i confronted him about it and he said they just friends and that's how they are. he talks openly bout sex to other people
he has never hidden that from me i spoke to him before about it that i dont feel respected, he wanted me to change things about me (of which i have done)but when it comes to me asking him to change something it never happens i just have to adapt and learn to live with the outcome, i have done that to often and i really dont want to have to learn to live with him sexting or flirting with other women.. maybe i am overacting.. i know im not perfect.

You have a choice. Continue the unsatisfactory relationship you find yourself in, or ditch the bastard. He is not going to change.

Absolutely no way he should be texting other women behind your back and flirting etc, bet he wouldn't have told you about it voluntarily either. If someone is just a friend then you should know about them from the start, if its a secret then its because they know they shouldn't be doing it and are obviously willing to put the relationship at risk.

So what you have to ask is how important is this relationship to him? I am sure you would end any inappropriate relationship with a man immediately, he clearly is not willing to do the same....double standards don't work.
