Is life normal? I sometimes feel like I wanna do weird sh*t. Like I wanna suddenly go running through the streets naked or scream some wierd noises into the air or go and smash some car windows with a baseball bat or throw my television at the wall or machine gun people or break into a car and go joy riding or just go f**kING CRAZY ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH! SHUTTHE f**kUP MOTHERf**kER GO TO HELL AND DIE AND ALL f**kING RAPE THE b**chES INTHEIR ANUS HOLINESS. WOAFDHFUAHDSFUIAHDSI!

I understand occasional irrational thoughts, we all have them, as long as they don't dominate our time, not a big deal. You may want to get some brisk exercise, take up jogging or cycling, it will help stop the crazy thoughts. Impulsive thoughts are controlled when we think of the consequences. Remember, there are consequences to everything and knowing so will help you regain control.
Yes, it is normal to have those thoughts, just make sure you control your impulses.

Y would exercise stop the craziness?
Exercise won't completely stop the thoughts but it will curtail it. A Cardio workout effects the body and also the mind big time. Jogging just 20 minutes a day will have a big effect.
hey im 19 years old and im worrying like crazy because i have generalized anxiety which is where i worry like crazy... my thoughts have been what if i just lose control and kill everyone around me? and i will never act to it.. just the thought of it .. i have no idea where it came from.. please help me.. is this normal?

You need to focus your mind on a task. It is difficult to do but just keep pushing steadily at it especially if you stay up for a long time you might find a sense of calm. There are no easy answers to life, it is what it is. Just try the best you can without breaking yourself.
