This is surprisingly common. Technically, there are some surgical options that might accidentally leave you impotent -- they're generally only used in cases where the bend is so extreme as to make erections painful, or make sex virtually impossible. I doubt any qualified surgeon would ever recommend it as an elective procedure. Definitely, though, there are a lot of guys running around with pretty significantly "bent" members. Some women (as you can see above) actually say that it facilitates orgasm for them. The best "treatment" for it, if anything at all, would be counseling for self-esteem. The shape of your penis is one of many variations on the "standard" shape -- it's acceptable and like I said before, actually relatively common.
