There are just these few times that I cry for no real reason. I get depressed for no reason and then the tears will just keep on falling like some sort of an awful salty waterfall. Is that really normal?

My best friend in Primary school was like that when she hit puberty. she cried a lot more when she started her periods. its just your hormones and you might find that you will feel like this every time your due for your period. its nothing serious but, hey, i don't know you. maybe you should talk to an older relative (preferably female) who has experienced what you are going through now or a close friend about it and im sure they could help.

Its normal. Definitely a hormone thing. I'm 22 and I still do it every so often
