I don't think the death penalty solves anything. Frankly, I would much rather love to see a criminal's face when he or she learns that they are going to be in jail for life and get completely f**ked forever rather than getting f**ked to death. What do you think?

im in favor of the death penalty only because life in prison doesnt usually mean life.the worse thug can kill a whole family and then 7 years later people start to whine and moan he has been in jail long enough and should be let go.until we can jail killers forever then I say fry em.

I favor the death penalty if there is 100%% proof that they are guilty of the crime they were convicted of.There has been to many cases of people getting wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit.Can you imagine putting an innocent man to death what a horrible injustice.

We kill people that kill people to get them off the face of the planet so they can't kill anyone else. pretty simple. Hey why do we kill rabbid dogs? Duh, so don't they bite anyone else! I do think we should make damn sure they're guilty.

Good point. I think it's better for them to remember what they did instead of putting them out of their misery.
