IMO everyone has there kinks, if this is one of yours, and you like it, go for it. DIAPER FETISHISM IS NOT PEDOPHELIA, (same thing applies to infantilism, it has nothing to do with pedophelia), it's just an attraction to diapers, and I think when he says girls in diapers he means women above 18. Not mainstream for sure, it would definitely be considered a "fetish."
But considering that there are many websites out there including Japanimation making money off of girls in diapers, there are probably more guys interested in it than most people would care to admit.
