I'm a 16 year old female
When I was young- maybe 12, I would never change my underyear...NEVER- I'd go like 5 months wearing the same ones.
I grew out of that stage and finally started taking care of my genitals.
BUT NOW, I have theses tiny bumps everywhere (I'm a virgin, so I know it's not an STD)
Could it be a bacterial infection..and if it is can I get rid of it with antibacterial soap?
Do you think it's normal?

Go to a gynocologist sweetie, I don't have the answer for that one. I think you're little stage was a bit extreme though, but I did have mine where I held my crap in for days, and I would shake all the time. Kids are so weird man!

Just wash your area daily and change your underwear daily. This like this happen if you don't (also a very strong, referred to as a fishy smell can occur) ... not very attractive to men :)
