All mammals have a belly button (an umbilical scar) except marsupials (animals with pouches like kangaroos) and monotremes (platypus that lay eggs).

Many bulls have pierced noses. And loads of horses get peirced feet. In places like India and Turkmenistan they pierce bears with huge chains and make them dance. I'm not sure if this is through their belly buttons though.
