Listen.. my friend is having this same problem and i'm going to tell you what i told her. Lose contact with him for a while. The more you have contact with him, the more you will drive yourself crazy over this. There is a reason why he is an Ex. Don't let someone make you go crazy just because yall have had a history together but yall are broken up and yet they have moved on. Let them move on, and move on yourself.
