I had a small tumor in my intestines,the size of a walnut. The doctor who operated on me,cut right through my main artery.I went through all the blood in my body 3times.He had to get a vascular surgeon, to repair the damage he had done.Due to loss of blood , All but 3 feet of my intestines died, normal people have 21 feet.He told my wife I was full of cancer, and he had to remove almost all of my intestines, and he told her I would most likely not live through the night.
As you can see, I am Alive.I had to have a tube put in my chest and live on TPN, every night I had to hook up to a pump, that fed me.My wife of 40 years, who was my child sweet heart, since she was 13 and I was 14. Was fighting cancer at the time, she fought it for 12 years. I believe the worrying and strain, brought the cancer back. 5 months later she died.I blame the doctor for her death also.I found out through my primary Doctor what really happened. He had lied to cover up his mistakes.Doctors are human and make mistakes, but because of his lying, I sued him. I won the law suit, for 1.5 million dollars. You might think that's a lot of money, but not when it comes to your health. I have to move my bowels any where's from 15 to 20 times a day. I went from 230 lbs to 140lbs.
I got tired of living like I was, so i had them take me off the TPN. they said i could not live without it.well 7 years have passed and i am still here.
I have to take opium to slow down the Diarrhea. So know I am hooked on opium. I am a man who never even smoked pot, not even once, now I am a dam drug attic. This Doctor is suppose to be the head doctor at a big Hospital. well he butchered me. And God only knows how many more.Every word of this story is true, and I would give back every penny to be normal again.what they say is true, money is not everything, your health, God and family is everything.
All this money and I cant spend a penny on the woman I loved all my life.
I am not a good writer, but this is my true story, told the best I could.

Luckily in her case the doctors admitted the error. I've found many, if not most, tend to be up front if problems arise during a procedure. I wish there was more that could be done to hold these surgens more accountable. Malpractice fees don't seem like enough. Perhaps filling complaints with the medical board/AMA too but nothing can truely bring you the justice you deserve.
