And they could be ingrown hairs. Try using a loofa, and then apply some Neosporin. And also keep your butt dry, wear looser clothing, nothing tight to make you sweat.

ehh those spots are probably from too much sweat getting trapped, or from sitting on a hard chair or bench for too long. If im sitting for long times on a hard surface (hours) and squirm around alot during that time i get them. if you shaved your ass..it could be that too...

Because of the location of the red dots. It's more than likely butt pimples. Very common, especially during the summer.

Just use a acne control body wash. I recommend Neutrogena, and unlike what one of the other posters said, don't use Neosporin because it's oil based and could actually clog the pores. Rubbing alcohol is also great for this because of it's drying out effect. But never use rubbing alcohol on your face.

do you shave it?? if you do then you probaly just have a dirty shaver but like every else said ...u should see a doc.
