Lol don't go to the doctor to get an MRI scan. Schizophrenia is definitely a lot different. And, on that note, even people who occasionally hear voices during the day are sometimes not schizo! It is hypnagogia ^ and it can depend on what you eat. About a week ago, I had a really bad one. I woke up and my body was completely numb. I had trouble differentiating whether I was dreaming or awake. And I heard weird piano music in my room =/ UGH.. still creeps me out. So I think you haven't experienced the worst of it. lol.
