Yeah, that's how I feel when I smoke pot. My head feels numb almost like it's on fire, but it's not painful just uncomfortable for awhile. Sometimes my gums get numb too, maybe it's all in our heads. who knows??

These feelings could be just imagination. I remember once I took a shower when very stoned and I found a hair at the base of my spine so I grabbed a razer and shaved it of and although I never even cut myself I was convinced for a few minutes that I had severed my spinal chord. This is why we smoke pot for fun experiences like this

i used to be totally drugged out on morphine that sh*t was weird laying there in bed all drugged out it makes you feel so calm an peaceful an every thing is really vivid an even in your dreams its like having a lucid dream

After i had my baby they give this button to push that shoots morphine into you, and i kept hitting and hitting that button. They had to shut it off, because all i did was sleep, but i remember feeling that way. It was so awesome.

I know that smoking weed effects blood pressure inside eyes. this may cause the strange feeling you are talking about but, honestly, i have not idea if your feeling is "good" or "bad" for your eye. Anyway be careful with weed...

I get this pressure in the back of my eyes too. It kinda feels like the my eyes are being pulled back into my head a little, it's not painful for me and my ex who smokes too said that it only happens when you take a really good hit, and that it's basically just feeling yourself getting high. I think it's normal, and if it doesn't hurt I wouldn't worry.

The THC in Cannabis, when smoked, eaten etc connects itself to cannabinoid receptors inside the brain, giving that "high". It effects the body and the brain. The little ache near your eye could just be a side effect, like any drug has. Or it could be a hallucination. You might just think you have an ache there so it hurts. That's a normal human thing and the feeling can be increased due to the use of cannabis. Or it could be where one of your eyes is lazier than the other when stoned and the right eye may start to ache where it is trying to focus harder on things.
You never know, you really don't. It might be there when you don't smoke. You just don't realize it because when you smoke you believe you get the pain there but when you're sober you don't think you do so it's not as obvious.
If it gets worrying go see a doctor and get it checked out. You might just need glasses.

it's normal, go see on Wikipedia and read about marijuana. it says that it lowers the pressure inside your eyes... must be why it hurts!!
