The THC in Cannabis, when smoked, eaten etc connects itself to cannabinoid receptors inside the brain, giving that "high". It effects the body and the brain. The little ache near your eye could just be a side effect, like any drug has. Or it could be a hallucination. You might just think you have an ache there so it hurts. That's a normal human thing and the feeling can be increased due to the use of cannabis. Or it could be where one of your eyes is lazier than the other when stoned and the right eye may start to ache where it is trying to focus harder on things. You never know, you really don't. It might be there when you don't smoke. You just don't realize it because when you smoke you believe you get the pain there but when you're sober you don't think you do so it's not as obvious. If it gets worrying go see a doctor and get it checked out. You might just need glasses.
