is it normal to want to let a dog like you know, sorta like EAT YOU OUT? like a guy would do to girl. can you get a infection or somthingg? but is this normal?

No, it's not normal that's a really stupid question in my opinion. If it were normal then clearly humans would be able to procreate with one another. Species are supposed to stick to their own species, of course we know that this isn't always true in the animal kingdom, but really it's not normal. You could always talk to a psychologist about it (it's not like they're going to tell anyone anyway because they can't).

my bad, I said humans would be able to procreate with one another, I typo'd I meant humans and animals would be able to procreate with one another.

well theoretically the dog would have to consent but in this case you aren't like holding it down or w/e and it would still have to you know...do the action so i guess it's ok in terms of ethics

health wise yeah you could definitely pick up some bacteria but it would not be that much worse than human mouths,... I heard that dog's mouths are grosser than human ones :o

but seriously idk i don't think it's normal
