Doing no2 just before excercise

I have a weird habit (or at least my body does) of doing a no2 before a big workout, perhaps to make sure I don't need to to go during excercise. (I know the exact date and time I workout and have followed my schdule for almost two years)

Is it normal? And more importantly, is it safe?
Do you think it's normal?

it may prevent you from having flatulence during exercise. This benefits you AND your fellow exercisers.

its better than during your workout bro
usually after i work out i get that stomach ache u get just before u have the runs....sometimes the feeling just surpasses but about 40% of the time it actually is the runs...so yeh, this is kind of relevant to this i feel, kind of
i actually take a crap after my workouts wat routines or workouts do u do?

its safe as for me i train 5 times a week and its always after

but i dont think it actually makes a different just a shit is all

completely normal I think, it makes you feel, hmm....lighter and if you don't do a "no2" then you are being held back from reaching full potential.
Years ago I dabbled in cocaine a little bit here and there and I would always get an urge to shit or sometimes puke if I knew I was about to do some. Other people have said the same thing. I wasn't addicted or heavy user and I wouldn't get exited about it or anything so I didn't really understand the phenomenon of the pooping. I wonder if your thing is similar and your body is anticipating the natural endorphins that get you high during a workout.
