I have a friend who says they inject Dr. Pepper into their arm and it gets them really buzzed. Is this normal or even possible?

It's not possible, the bubbles would get into your blood stream and stop your heart. If he says they use flat Dr. Pepper then they're still lying. The caffine and sugar would get into your system faster than drinking it, but it's not possible for it to be any stronger. Your friend likes to talk a lot of sh*t because he thinks it makes him sound cool.

Ignore mine_and_my. Injecting the soft drink Dr Pepper is not going to induce a high. Your friend is either lying to you outright, or is trying to get you to think he is cool.
