my partner eats like a pig and I can't stand it.If brought up properly, you will eat properly. I am sorry, but there is no need to eat with your mouth open!
It angers me to the point of violence and I consider myself a pacifist!

Likely, their parents did not teach them as young children and accounts for the poor manners. It annnoys me too when I see people chew with their mouths open. I doubt there is much you can do to change an adult. It's hard to teach an old dog a new trick.

I'm with you on that one. Chewing with your mouth open is utterly repulsive. Don't even get me started on people who use a spoon like a shovel. It's a fairly accurate indicator of a person's upbringing.

I wouldn't nut anyone over it but I have broken up with girls over it.

hehe same here. Open mouth and make some sound too.. I hate to hear the sound when they chew their food.
