Well one time i put on my rabits electric collar and ran across the fence and really shocked myself and it hurt really bad, i continue to do it every day when i get home from school, because it is so fun, is this normal

Agree with King. Look up electro-stimulation on web. There's some brilliant stuff available. Electric probes, electric cockrings, electric band-aids. All with controllable voltage, all afe with 9v battery.
