English girls
Im an american and proud of it but I have always had a thing for English girls its just something about them I dont know if its the accent or just the thought of them. Is this normal, and do girls in England hate american men? Would I ever have a chance with one if I traveled there?

im sure some english girls like americans..
personally i like the english accent.. especially if he is italian and speaks with a sexy engalian accent.

but english girls arent that hot generally..
they r cute.. but they have very thin upper lips and really bad teeth.. and a weird small nose? but some r so hot ofcourse. yeah. ill shut up.
Also, to the idiot that said all English women have thin top lips and bad teeth - what a load of old sh*t. It's just like saying all Americans are fat, gun-totting rednecks. I don't know anyone who has horrible teeth. Plus having seen the state of some of the people on shows like Jerry Springer and Ricki Lake - you have no need to talk at all. At the end of the day all countries have nice, decent folk and also common, foul folk. I think we can see who is what on here.

they're pretty white & i've never had a filling or anything & none of my mates teeth look bad. so i don't know where you've got that one from.
& to the guy who asked the question in the first place, i'd say you have as much chance with an english girl as you do with anyone else.
I don't think anyone's going to fall in love with you purely based on the fact your american.
& if they do they're a bit shallow in my personal opinion.

As Humans We Love Something Exotic To Us. The Accent That The English Has Is Quite Intoxicating To Many. So Yes, Your Normal.
I don't find english accents overly sexy, but 99%% of people I know speak like I do. So no biggy.
English girls are nothing to rave about, Germany seems to be populated by beauties!
I have respect for people and it gets annoying when others talk garbage about the England as other places are worse and every place as there worst parts. The only girls you should watch out for are chavs they are the worst of the worst.
Thoughtful, decent people aren't hung up on nationality. They're attracted to people for their personal qualities and don't think "he/she grew up in the same village as me" is somehow a basis for any meaningful friendship.

We have only been around for 233 years, and we are just as advanced as you are, and we have access to the same information as you do.
If my cousin is able to grow up in an American town in Germany, and come visit Texas without any detection that he's not from around here, I think we successfully established a distinct culture, which is a lot harder to shake than the British accent (...and tea)
I don't care if English girls or boys like me or not. My main concern is being able to communicate with y'all.
Be happy that there are other nations speaking English in this world. You're right it's not the Queen's English. It's called "Standard American English". We can still understand one another and we can express the exact same ideas, despite a few spelling, and vocabulary differences. In 2,000 years from now, English may very well be a dead language. However I don't think that's possible at this point, but at any rate, I think we all should be aware that this can happen someday.
p.s. Your punctuation is atrocious. I deal with non-native English speakers everyday, and at least they try.
