I used to have that feeling constantly. Nothing felt REAL, everything was foggy, and I would just roll with it and accept it all.
Until I had my son. He snapped me out of it, I have goals and I am acheiving them, I can defend myself and I am confident.
I am not suggesting you have children, but people that I know that have experienced the same feelings all had different situations that snapped them out of it.
if you dont like it, try doin something that will change your life, then it will seem more real but im not saying go kill some1 or urself, or something crazy. do something thats once in a life time
I used to be like that. Find something to fight for- I'm taking action to stop children being held in detention centres and it pulls me through the day. So yes. Find some injustice somewhere (shouldn't be hard) and take action
