Extremely irritated when people don't cover their mouths when coughing

I don't mean people who can't cover their mouths, but when people just don't. I see several students just walking in the halls at school and a lot of them just cough straight into the air, even when many of their hands are free. I've even seen a student using his hand to to many things-even wiping his mouth-and then still just coughing into the air without covering it. This is one of my biggest pet peeves of all. At times I get so irritated that I start biting myself. Is this normal of me?
