I was standing outside and i looked at the sun for like 20 min. and it didn't hurt is this normal

I highly doubt it was actually 20 minutes, seeing as your pupils would have melted within your eyeballs in that amount of time...but thought it may not have hurt you, you're still going to make yourself blind if you keep it up. Listen to mommy "don't stare at the sun"

Some humans are born with extra filament over their eyes that protect them from UV rays, and cut down glare. While very rare, it can and DOES happen.

I have blue eyes, so i even squint on cloudy days, i couldn't imagine looking at the sun, but that's just stupid anyways.

The ability to see should not be taken for granted. Same goes for listening to music that's too loud. Once you ruin those things, they're gone forever. Take better care of yourself, because it's all you have.
