The best way to knock a guy down is to shoot him and close range, so close that the muzzle blast burns his skin.

just use those wrist and hand strengtheners..you know, the ones that you squeeze together to strengthen your hands, usually used by weight training people...do that all night and when you wake up the next day your hand should be ready for action...then just take a fcukin big swing and make sure you put some latimus dorsi into it (thats the lats under your arms) craCK the fat fcuker on the side of the head, the temple should do it...he'll probably hit the deck like a sack of shit...he may be a big fat scumbag but if you hit him hard enough he WILL go down...after all...his head isnt as hard as you think it may be.. beware...he may come back and eat you one day..

If u want to knock a fat scumbag down I suggest bending his fingers back, while twisting his wrist and arm, and bending his arm to his back, then kicking him in the back of the knee, so he falls to the ground, then slam his face into the ground. but thats just my suggestion.
