that sounds like a specific phobia when you fear something that seems irrational. I have a specific phobia to caterpillars because of a situation that happened years ago. It's normal.

I had this nightmare that I was running up my stairs to my bedroom, and out of the corner of my eye I saw one of my dolls run and jump on my bed, hurrying to get back in the position I left her in. I had to sell her after that. I guess I had a moment like yours, so good luck with it. :)
