Nothing happens when you dial 666. It would be like dialing the prefix of a phone number and not the rest. There would be a long wait and then "we're sorry, the number could not be completed as dialed. Please hang up and try your call again." As far as I know, there is no service with 666 assigned to it anywhere in the U.S. (I don't know about other countries). If you're suggesting that something supernatural took place, then there's nothing I can tell you accept for that it probably was an automated system you heard. It seems when it comes to things of the supernatural, people can quickly jump to conclusions. Now that you're older, try dialing again.
