You're probably just paranoid. I had 3 weird dreams 3 nights in a row last week, all denoting death. My own death. But its monday, and I'm still alive.
Don't worry about it. I bet a couple weeks from now, you'll look back at this and see how much of a waste it was for you to worry over your dreams/nightmares. I guarantee you'll still be alive. And sometimes in dreams, death symbolizes new beginnings or a birth. No worries.
