every time i eat it makes me feel fat. like i can feel my fat cells growing, and feel myself getting larger. it also makes me feel very guilty and i want to go throw it up so my system will stop digesting all the fat and calories in it but i am afraid of becoming bulimic. is this normal, and are there any suggestions?
Do you think it's normal?

It is not that uncommon to become obsessed with your body and getting fatter. This thing about your fat cells expanding is kinda unique I'd say, but it is the same thing as any body obsession. Whatever you do, don't start throwing up. You will make yourself *very* sick, and your teeth will start to rot, you will have heart problems, liver problems, it is *not* fun. You should not be feeling guilty for eating...there is nothing wrong with eating--yes to food is yes to life as the sugarcubes said! My suggestion would be try and convince yourself that it is stupid to feel bad about eating, try not to obsess about your weight, just eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein, exercise 4 or 5 times a week for about half an hour and be happy that you are healthy. Don't weigh yourself, and if you find yourself obsessing about your fat cells or thinking about throwing up, go do something else that will take your mind off it. Call a friend, go for a walk, go shopping, whatever makes you happy and distracts you.

If you still can't stop yourself and are tempted to throw up--or if you do actually throw up--got to the doctor ASAP and tell them the deal. Don't be ashamed, it happens to tons of people, and there are treatements for it.
Its common, not down to the fat cell bit. hence the term feel your self putting on weight looking at a cake or whatever. Please becareful cos this type of paranoia can be destructive. If ur not fat why bother. its all the hype of being thin thats the problem. Being thin is crap, because i have alot of bother finding clothes to fit me, the hype has made everyone loose weight and steal my clothes i want lol. I can see your point if you are eating a massive greasy load of chips (UK) but just normal stuff, eat it and dont think about it. you need the fat and calories to live.
Eat less.

My first suggestion to you is to change your attitude towards food. FOOD IS FUEL for you body, don't starve yourself. Eat to live. It's also a pleasure so enjoy it but don't live to eat.
Second suggestion: Ask your doctor to weigh you and tell you a weight range that is healthy for you. If you can stay in this range you're doing alright. Be physically active, walk every day.
Third: Treat yourself with moderation. When I was a kid, my Dad would buy a big bottle of Coke, chips and sour cream (to make onion dip) on Saturday for 'Hockey Night In Canada'. Still, to this day, I only have this special treat on Saturday nights.
I feel like that all the time, but it's oly beacause you've just eaten so your stomeck expands to take in the food. In 4 hours your stomeck will be flat again, espeialy by morning you almost feel holow. but your right, dont start throwing up. I used to and a literaly did become belimic (sorry if wrong spelling) after a while my bones started showing and that was alot less atractive than just having a stuffed stomeck after a meal.
