Yes, its normal. When you are "fingering" and even being eaten out, there is more control of what is going on and you can tell him to do things differently. When you are having sex, it feels good but it doesn't have the same control as a "fingering."

If sex isn't getting you there or getting you there less, practice different things or finger yourself less.
