There's nothing abnormal about being sore, but being horny. Just exercise self control (hard!) let your body heal itself and then go for it again.

Anyway, as to this I get it when I'm tired, or when Iv'e processed a lot of things in one day, my mind flashes the images back, I can feel it trying to sort it all out.

I sometimes get something like this - it's a sort of flashing around the perifery of my vision. Moslty when I'm tired, or it can come on anytime. It's called a ocular migraine, and it nothing to worry about.
You might want to pop in to an optician for a quick chekcup, anyway, for your peace of mind.

I get this a lot too. Probably more than I should, but also on top of this I get fuzzyness, like TV screen static when I close my eyes. I think it's just your brain trying to rest and getting ready to go into sleep mode.
