yeah, sweat is a normal part of life. You sweat mainly on hot days from the forehead because the head area usually generates the most heat on the body.

What a bunch of unhelpful morons.

You probably have some form of Hyperhydrosis. You sweat a lot when you're nervous. I sweat from my palms when I'm nervous, so I know exactly your situation.

yeah, it's normal. I'm a skinny dude and when I get nervous, I sweat from the forehead, and sometimes the pits. I also sweat from the forehead if I'm wearing really hot clothing, or are exerting myself heavily. By heavily I mean insane sex or >1hours outdoors heavy lifting/shoveling.

Sweating (from all areas of the body)is a completely normal physiological response to exercise or an increase in the environmental temperature, it also commonly occurs in stressful situations.
In fact, if you couldn't sweat you'd overheat and be in serious trouble...

Just drink enough water and don't forget to shower.
