I have this friend who I have known for a while and I think he may need help. He has just been told he has a mild case of IBS. thats irratable bowel syndrome (wen u cant hold onto ur shit and it comes out). Anyway Everyone was expecting him to be upset because it can effect your life but he thinks its just a joke and he is happy he has it.

Whenever he farts he says he is playing russian roulette with his ass and once he farted at a poker game and he sprayed shit all over the floor. I think he may need help because he thinks his mild IBS is a gift but i think one day he will spray onto the president of amercia

That's not what IBS is, idiot. Mild IBS means your stomach gets upset easily. Even in its more severe form it doesn't result in shitting everywhere. Your friend has some old man disease he should get checked out.
