Unless you let your gaming interfere with your day to day life, I can't see what the problem is. However it does sound a little like you overdo it a bit, and guys don't like coming second in your life to something like that. There's no need to stop, just cut down a little if you play too much and try to find a guy who doesn't care as much about shit like that.

Saying that a girl shouldn't play games is like saying a woman's place is in the kitchen. It's ignorant and plain sexist.

Gaming a moderate amount is fine and even good. But i'm worried though that you said you broke up with your bf because of it. It's not terribly healthy in that case and you really shouldn't overdo it. You can always manage your time well. If possible, spend time with your bf and if he's out on holiday or sports games or something, then you can play at home. You can juggle both at once!

Guys won't really be intimidated by it. But they might question your commitment to the relationship. To cut the long story short, everything in moderation, my friend.

I think its fine. Just keep up with your hygene and take care of your body. Get lots of excercise so you don't look like a pale nerd with thick round glasses. Keep up with your appearance.

haaah i was reading this with ma girl and she began to smile ^_^ she loves video games as well and shes also very good at them we play together were both 50s in halo... yeah were that good lol and cod4 tenth prestige lol we play all the time.. we dont have alot of sex though but who cares im happy as a hippo!!! :)

I'm a girl and I love to play games too! My boyfriend doesn't mind, we try to find games both our computers can handle so we can play together, which is fun. There's no shame in doing what you like to do, unless it gets in the way of your life. I think it is a little excessive you play during school and go to a LAN shop though.
