Gas Pains?

I noticed this weekend that I've had a MAJOR pain in my left side, almost under my ribs or something. I also noticed I've has major gas pains, and my stomach has been extremeley bloated. Could these things be realted? I also can't poop :( I'm in a lot of pain!! Not sure what I should do. Is this normal?

That is where your spleen is. I know this because I had stage 4 Lymphoma and it went to my spleen. It was swollen and kinda painful sometimes. If it doesn't go away in a day or so go see your doc

i used to have the exact same problem!!..it's so painful!!..u shud try tablets caused imogas..they kinda helped me as regards the gas pains!!
