goin 4 number twos.
when i go for a number 2, sometimes i can sit in ther for up to half an hour and not realise how long iv been till i get out. most of the time iv finished.....going after about 2 minuites

If everything is working properly, it should be a relatively quick process. If you're not feeling obvious relief, perhaps you need to improve your diet: more fruits, vegetables and fluids; less meat and dairy.
