A man wearing pantyhose is a definite sign of closeted homosexual desires. The restriction of the genitals caused by the nylons or pantyhose are, subconsciously to the wearer, a way to restrict his own genitalia in order to appear more female, and thus attract men. You either need to admit this to yourself or stop wearing pantyhose.

I will take a giant leap here and assume that the above 2 posters are both men. First and foremost, MOST (though not all) men that are full out transsexuals are not gay. They desire to BE women, but are at the same time also ATTRACTED to women, not men. So just because the original poster wears nylons for whatever reason, does not automatically mean he is gay.

Now having said that, to the original poster, no, there is nothing wrong with it. Some people just like the way certain things feel, taste or smell. I for one love the smell of cardboard. Now if I go and sniff a shoe box, it may be a little silly, but there nothing wrong with it. You like the way nylon feels on your legs, it's the same difference. Believe it or not a lot of men like that feeling. It just has something to do with the hair on your legs and how the nylon feels against it, but you won't find many men admitting that one so there ya go. Now if you are also wearing high heels with them, though still not "weird", it may point to some transsexual tendencies.

The majority of men who enjoy the feel of wearing nylons, women's lingerie, or other women's clothing are attracted to women. Some men who like doing this may be transsexual, as one of the above posters suggested, but this is often not the case. There is nothing wrong with wearing nylons...nylons are just a piece of clothing and this preference does not define who you are.

Hey, wearing certain pieces of women's clothing does not mean you're gay. Joe Namath wore pantyhose! (I know the reason was not the same.)

Crossdressing and homesexuality are two different concepts. One can be a cross dresser and not be gay, and one can be gay and not be a cross dresser. Or one can be both; or even neither!

That said, I voted "no", as in, no, it's not normal. Still, I don't see any harm in wearing pantyhose or nylons. If you enjoy it, keep doing it.

Would I say it's "normal"? Not in the standard way, no, but I'd hardly say it's abnormal either. Personally, as a woman I've never really enjoyed pantyhose but as I'm sure there are other women who do, I'm sure there are also men. Yay for pantyhose, if you like them!! You know, I hate when people have the gall to say things like the first two responants! That is totall ignorance at it's finest! Crossdressers, transvestites are probably around 90% heterosexual and married! Imagine your doctor or a policeman friend or fireman friend or a lawyer friend of yours who does the same thing and maybe even more dressing up than you do! Most cross-dressers are straight. It makes perfect sense... they are so turned on by the opposite gender, they want to be as close to them as possible. I for one am terribly turned on by men's boxer shorts, and have wore them in the past, under my "female" clothes. Although I've always been a bit of a tom boy type and detest extemely frilly/girly outfits, I'm nowhere near being a lesbo.... because anything female-ish turns me off. The word is fetish!! The first 2 comments are words from people who don't understand. Question is, they are fetish lies elsewhere. Everybody is made differently, so everyone has different fetish. Fetish can come in all kinds of objects, and for some, it's an action.
Men liking pantyhose is also another fetish, and doesn't generalise into them being gay. It takes more than just liking pantyhose to be a gay.
When men wear pantyhose, they actually lust to be inside a woman, that's why they wear it. The underlying reason could be either they want to be a woman themselves or they are sexually incline to "feeling the women inside out". 1st one of course would lead them to tranvestite behaviour, but the 2nd one makes them a normal man, since they still lust for woman.

Normal - sure. Everybody likes something different. There are many 'fetishes' out there. You may like pantyhose - somebody else plays out a fantasy in other ways.

I am a transvestite and I can give out this peice of advice: don't even put on pantyhose unless you are ready to turn into a transvestite. That's what happened to me and that's what I think happens to most transvestites, it starts out with one article of clothing and triggers something inside you, like an addiction, next thing you know you are dressing up in full.

Whoa! Back To The Dark Ages! I was raised in a "Christian" setting and the amount of oppression is ludicrous! The best part of wearing nylons is the garter belt or girdle. Both are so lovely as garments, made of spandex and nylon with lace usually they really add to the feel that something is forbidden under those male clothes.
