ok im wondering how much hair your supposed to have on your arms and legs when you're 11 or 12 because my cousin who's 11 has some hair on his arms and legs and he's noticing a lot of other kids in his class dont, is this normal?

Completely normal to have no hair, some hair, or even a lot of hair. Normal also to be inquisitive about it and take notice since you are seeing new things you are unaccustomed to. In a few years, body hair will be expected on all guys, and it will hold absolutely no interest to you whatsover.

Yeha its completely normal. Its the whole puberty thing everyone starts at different ages.
