Harvesting Datura / Jimson Weed
I used to be able to find Datura ( commonly called Jimson Weed ) allover the place. Now that I know about its hallucinogenic properties I cannot find it where it used to be plentiful. Any other harvesters noticing this?

leave the jimson weed alone.its dangerous,i work in the medical field and have seen kids end up on life support and some die after using this nasty drug.

I understand the dangers of Datura and understand how unpredictable it's potency can be. That is why I will be harvesting wild Datura and then grow my own to make it's potency more predictable.

smokeing the datura is the safest method of injestion.But if u really want 2 trip buy about 750 untreated morning glory seeds(pearly gates is the cheapest)fill up a container with about 16 ounces of water then grind up the morning glory seeds and pour the powder in the water,then add about an ounce of lemon juice,shake the mixture every 10 minutes for an hour,and let it settle over night.in the morning pour it through a fine strainer,and drink...have fun.
