After i have a sh*t i stand up and wipe my arse then look a the feces i just depostied in the toilet i think most peeps just sit. wondering do you think this is normal and does anyone else do it or am the lone standing arse wiping ranger with some pyscological problems haha!

Even if I used a whole roll of toilet paper, I still get shit stains on my tighty whities.

So from now on after I take a shit, I will wipe my ass the best I can and then jump into the shower and soap my hands up and clean my ass out.

yes ists normal you should alwasy keep up with your health you shit and piss is a qick daily window into your internal health. these nasty ppl on here are sick and dont even know it
