ok i have baby fat.. i guess if thats what u wanna call it, and i dunno how to get rid of it.. i herd if you rotate your hits to the left, right, front, and back, 100 times each 3 times a day that it would help me, but after about a week i didnt feel the burn anymore : anyone know any exersizes that might help me lose this tummy?

(if u have any exersises for butt, legs, or arms lemme know)

Do sit ups or something? I don't know. I have the same problem though. I bike 30 miles a day and it doesn't seem to be doing much. :/
Perhaps she means baby weight... as in the weight left after having a baby.
for legs u need towalk and run a lot

Get out of your seat, turn off the computer, and get a hobby that requires being phisical, that you actually like. Also NO soda,just water, and NO fast food. Jeez people, its that simple.
take 30 minute walks every day and cut the carbs, sugar and alcohol. you have to get rid of the fat before you start exercising your muscles. or you will just end up looking bigger when the msucles starts to grow.
Best advice is more sex, with you on top. That's a good work out.
