so dont look at her... thats how i got mine. we hit it off all the time. but im a girl so.... most girls like it when a guy can just do it and ask her out.

I have personally had the same problems, but ive managed to overcome it... theres two suggestions i have:

1. If you like a girl and she likes you back she will probably be flattered and say yes and it will be the happiest you'll ever feel. Getting up the nerve is going to be unavoidable and will most likely be worth it. If you think she likes you the chances of her saying no are very small. Asking out the first girl will basically "break you in" and even if it goes nowhere you'll become much more comfortable asking girls out.

2. If you really cant get up the nerve theres other things that you can do. First, try to hang out with the girl a lot, at party's or whatever where you won't have to actually ask her out. Or what you can do is ask her to hang out somewhat indirectly without actually "asking her out." If you spend a lot of time with her, especially alone, you'll get close to her without having to ask her out. With my current girlfriend we basically just fell in love like this and I never really "asked her out." This may not always be the case, but if you get close enough to her, itll end up being surprisingly easy to ask her out.
