Huge fake nail obsession - normal?

I don't know how this happened, but lately I've become what you might call obsessed with girls with french-manicured fake nails. I will try to get to know a girl or ask them out sometimes based solely on whether they wear them or not, so long as they're not overly tacky. I just find it a massive turn-on. Strangely, real nails don't seem to have the same effect. Any guys in the same boat? Any girls find this crazy, or is it normal?

It's funny you should mention that because I always wondered if guys gave a shit about those fake nails. Girls spend all this money on them and it seems to me that they go unnoticed. I'm a female and I think they're cute but I've bitten them off before (they're quite annoying). I bet there's a website devoted to fake nails fetish. As long as it's not hurting anyone, there can't be anything wrong with it.

I love long nails but fake ones can cause nail fungus and even infections. My nails are thick and look pretty fake anyways so I usually stay away from the fake ones since there is nothing sexy about fungus!
