Seriosly though I have a brother that is a fire fighter, he said that the smell of a human that has burnt is actaully sweet smelling! Je said that it is probably because of all the sugar we eat!

Humans are a sweet meat, like pork or bear. From what I hear, it's better than badger but worse than bear.

Kristina is correct, Burning humans smell rather like pork (A rather sickening smell for someone in the fire department) (some fire fighters cant eat pork as a result)
I suspect that human flesh must have a slightly different taste, otherwise why would cannibals go to the bother of killing people when they could buy a leg of pork at the butchers?

Actually, the best tasting BBQ'ed ribs are from humans. Human meat (the way i had it cooked) tasted like a regular steak. Hope that helps.
