So all my life I've been hearing that I'm slow, I eat slow, I move slow, It's just all slow. Of course when I want to I move fast, I am a pretty athletic guy, when I want to I do things quick with no problem. I never really feel tired, I get my 8 hrs of sleep most nights, I eat like any other person, I have a good head on my shoulders, have no problems in school, I'm social, I'm perfectly healthy but for some reason when I'm working or when I'm doing everyday things I just go at my own pace, my state of mind is usually-"why the rush?", If i HAVE to go faster I have to think about it, if I want to go faster I'm quicker than most people. I think simply that unless I'm doing what I want to do I go slow.
you do not work out in gym !!
Advice : drink cup of coffee after breakfast Orange juice go and work out in gym for 1 hour at least ,, ands heyyy youu !! don't say you have no time to do some work out..
working out makes you fast and fresh coffe in the morning only one cup some Orange..
it is abnormal to stay slow ok.
