Every single time I see a shiny object, I know that the aliens are trying to connect with me somehow. It is absolutely terrifying, because there are so many shiny and reflective objects in my daily life. Is this normal? Does anyone feel this way and jump in front of cars just to get away from shiny things? (Because that's what I did last Wednesday)

I've always considered shimmery foil curtains to be a bit creepy, but it's not a phobia, I'm just not fond of them. Otherwise, I'm OK with shiny objects.

It's not normal to risk your life trying to get away from shiny objects, or to think that you're being contacted by aliens. Please get help with that.

My wife has this. Dr. Dean Edell says this is caused by hormones and you probably have more sexual drive because of those hormones. It's most likely a good thing for you and your partner. And yes, my wife has lots of drive.
