I can recognise faces :)

I find it really easy to recognise the faces of actors and can usually name another movie they've been in. If I recognise a face in a movie and can't put my finger on what else they've been in, it bugs me so much that I can't really concentrate on the film. It doesn't usually take me long to get it tho.
Although I have looked it up on www.imdb.com before when i really couldn't get it. Is it normal to make such a sport of this?

Yeah, this is pretty normal. I never forget a face and my husband and I will watch a movie and brain storm where we have seen actors that only get bit parts.

I find that very, very annoying. Whenever I watch some film with a particular friend of mine or my brother and they tell me about some shitty bit part actor who most people wouldn't give a crap about it pisses me right off.

Yes I'm british. It's not as bad anymore 'cos my girlfriend get's annoyed. It still bugs me quite a lot though. I'm not Obsessive about anything else that I can think of. It get's really bad if it's just me, my Dad and my bro watching a film though.

the best thing is to try and guess which of 2 movies is more rated on iMDB, u can bet money on it, i've already lost a buck betting Bourne Identity against Oceans

That's normal, as long as it doesn't take up all of your time. Human brains have a department that stores human faces. So it's probably that part of your brain that ads to the normal curiosity of who it may be.

It's probaly more normal than we know. I've had a thing for the strong big male hand since I was a kid. I don't know where this came from but apparently it is here to stay. Call me weard if you wish. That is your oppion.
