I dont know how to burp, and whenever i eat or drink i get bloated and fart alot.

I've always like done something in the back of my throat like swallow but push air out it's hard to explain but after I do that I can burp all I want.

How can you not know how to burp? You must have when you were a baby. It's pretty much a basic bodily function - like breathing.

Perhaps you need medical assistance?

I have the exact same thing. It can often be a symptom of IBS or food allergies like lactose intolerance or wheat/gluton allergies. Try to figure out what foods make you the gassiest and stay away from them.

I cant burp either, If i'm really stuffed I get this thing I call an inner burp, where it feels like my throat is gurgling. You probably know what I;m talking about. Ask your mom if you had problems with keeping your food in as a baby. It's called Gastroenterology, It's quite interesting. Google it...

i also cannot burp! everyone laughs and of course says its natural, but I cant do it and apparently im not alone. i get the throat bubble thing sometimes, but no burp. i have tried to have people explan to me how to do it, but to no avail. i will def ask about this gastroenterology.
