I cant sleep at night unless
I cant get to sleep at night unless i wash my feet first..or at least rinse them off.. i was staying at my friends house and i went to her bathroom and rinsed my feet in the sink before going to bed and she couldn't stop laughing.. it doesn't matter what i do during the day or if i wear shoes all day or what kind.. i have to rinse my feet or i wont be able to sleep....
is this normal? am i crazy?

We all have our bedtime routines. One of my friends had to cradle her boob every night just to to sleep because it was a habit.

Erm... I think washing your feet is normal. But must you do it in the sink??? You should get in the bath or shower and do it there...Sink is for hands

I swear to god i just washed my feet before I logged on to IIN. I have this habit too, there's nothing wrong with you. TRUST ME, and plus, it's very hygienic. Think of all the nastiness we track in with our shoes, then step in walking around with our bare feet. If you don't bathe before bed you're tracking traces of someones spit, gum, urine and other bodily fluids in with you.
