its not about god choosing you. you are chosen to perform good works when and if YOU make that choice. for many, this is not even possible because quite frankly they dont give enough of a shit about anything.

I used to not care. maybe Ill go back to that eventually, but theres still a number of years before I can do anything significant. But for right now I really want to help people, and I care way too deeply about shit.
