I dont like to go to sleep, because Im afraid that when I do I will have a bad dream(I have a very active imagination) plus I get so consumed in "other" things like isitnormal.com, facebook etc... These days sleep just doesnt seem so important anymore

but i do think sleep is more important to all of that and we should treat it as a gift since other people are really deprived of it..
maybe now you have all the free time but once you have large priorities like work you'll find yourself dying to sleep just for a minute:)
ps. milk or camomile is a classic help!
